​The Doon School, in a high-profile collaboration with Britannica Education, hosted “The Leaders Cut,” an executive briefing and collaborative consortium. The event brought together Heads and Directors from 38 prominent schools across Dehradun and the wider Uttarakhand region. The afternoon was dedicated to intensive, focused conversations regarding the evolution of educational landscapes, specifically targeting future skills, the integration of AI in education, and the shift toward research-led learning.
​Designed as a dynamic roundtable, the forum moved away from traditional presentation formats, prioritizing active participation and open dialogue. This structure provided school leaders with a platform to speak, share personal institutional experiences, and hear diverse perspectives from their peers. By fostering an environment where every perspective added tangible value, the consortium aimed to create a unified vision for forward-thinking educators to collectively shape the future of learning in the region.
