Cambrian Hall School recently organised a mindfulness session in collaboration with the Ahimsa Trust, aiming to promote inner peace and emotional well-being among students. The initiative, inspired by global mindfulness practices, encouraged students to engage in focused breathing and awareness exercises to enhance concentration and reduce stress.
The session highlighted the importance of mindfulness in today’s fast-paced world, helping students build emotional intelligence and maintain balance in their daily lives.
